What Is Grounded Growth?
Grounded Growth is an integrative process that helps you create steadiness, clarity, and purpose — both within yourself and in your daily life.
It’s designed for women who:

Each session is tailored to where you are — some weeks we focus on understanding emotions and patterns, while others are about applying new strategies, habits, and perspectives that help life feel lighter and more aligned.

Virtual format (via secure telehealth)
In-person sessions (in a supportive, private environment)
A limited number of Walk & Talk sessions are also available for those drawn to nature and gentle movement as part of their personal growth process.
Session Format
Grounded Growth is most effective when it’s consistent.
Real change happens over time — through reflection, accountability, and ongoing support. Each session builds on the last, allowing new awareness and habits to take root.
While single sessions are available, most clients choose a structured program for steady progress and long-term success. Packages are also the most cost-efficient option for this work.

Q: How do I know if this is right for me?
A: If you’ve reached a point where stress, anxiety, or old patterns feel unmanageable — and you know you can’t keep pushing through on your own — this work may be for you. Clients often come to me in moments of transition, burnout, or overwhelm, ready to ask for help for themselves and create real, lasting change.
Q: What can I expect from a session?
A: Every session is a safe, supportive space where we focus on your unique needs. Some sessions are more structured with coaching-style tools and action steps, while others are processing sessions for when life feels overwhelming. We may meet virtually, in person in a private space, or outdoors for a walk-and-talk, depending on what is most fitting for you and your process.
Q: What is a Discovery Call?
A: It’s a free, no-pressure 20-minute call to connect, share your goals, and ask questions. It gives us both a chance to see if working together feels like a good fit before you make a commitment.
Q: Why do you recommend packages instead of single sessions?
A: While you can book single sessions, they are a higher investment per session. Packages are intentionally designed with a lower per-session rate — not only to make them more cost-effective, but also to encourage the consistency that leads to lasting change. Most clients find that committing to a package helps them see and feel results more quickly.
Q: How much does it cost to work with you?
A: Individual sessions begin at $120. Most clients choose to invest in a package (12 weeks, 6 months, or 12 months) because this provides the consistency and accountability needed for meaningful transformation. We’ll review your options together during the Discovery Call.
Q: Do you take insurance?
A: At this time, my practice is self-pay. This allows us to focus fully on your needs without the restrictions insurance companies often place on therapy. Many clients find this freedom invaluable. If desired, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Q: What if something comes up and I need to reschedule?
A: Life happens. I ask for 24 hours’ notice to reschedule without a fee. Consistency is important for your growth, and I’ll work with you to maintain momentum even when things shift.
Q: What if I’m nervous about trying therapy/coaching?
A: That’s completely normal. Many clients feel nervous before starting. My role is to create a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can explore what’s happening in your life. You don’t have to have it all figured out — just showing up is the first step toward change.
Q: What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?
A: Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds and managing emotional struggles. Coaching emphasizes action steps, accountability, and moving forward. With Grounded Growth sessions I integrate both — so you get space to process what’s heavy while also building tools and strategies to create lasting change.
